@comcastcares originally the outage was set to be resolved in my area around 10pm tonight. It has changed, several times, to tomorrow morning. Now stating at 8:07am & I haven’t had voice, internet or tv since 9am this morning. Hope you’re offering some credit for the next bill

@ComcastCares#mobile_Care I haven’t had good service with resetting my Comcast modem 5-15 times per day since 3/15/19. I had Corporate invoice 12 hours of waisted time with Supervisors and techs on 3 different days. I canceled my cable after 10 & 1/2 years. I still have net.
